Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To exchange your product or be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return/refund, we require a proof of purchase (Order #).

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For products damaged upon arrival or eligible for refund, we will provide you with a shipping label to use free-of-cost.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
